Behind-the-scenes content experiments.

Every quarter, we test content and social media strategies- from stories and reels to email engagement and SEO. We collect data, practical takeaways, and find a few things we’d never do again!

You can explore them below.

Binge-able video content series.

For this experiment. I’m testing what happens when short-form video is treated as a bingeable series, not just one-off posts. I’ll be posting daily videos for all of February.

Rather than creating isolated videos, I’m filming and releasing content in one clear format- A ‘Top 3’ series, designed to be watched back-to-back, build familiarity through repetition, and encourage repeat visitors.

The aim isn’t to chase virality or rack up views necessarily- it’s to explore whether a regular bingeable series can build trust and connection over time- even in short clips.

As always, the results will be published here when the experiment ends, but If you’d like to stay close to what we’re testing and be sent the findings as we go, as well as get mailed when the final finding are in, you can leave your email below!

Bringing an old YouTube channel back to life!

YouTube

Testing both long-form and short-form videos to see what happens when you bring consistent posting back to an unloved YouTube channel. Does strategic posting and a clear ecosystem approach revive visibility and engagement on the platform?

Q3 2025

I tested what happens when you share other people’s posts on top of writing your own. Can resharing valuable content still build visibility, or does the algorithm prefer original posts?

INSTAGRAM STORIES

Q2 2025

I ran a 2-week Instagram Stories experiment to see what actually connects- not just what sounds good in theory, or that I continue to post out of habit. (Don’t we all?!)

I used a total of 51 Stories that I posted using a mix of structured and spontaneous on-a-whim posts.
