I'm a Wiltshire-based Xennial (happily called the Goonies generation!), I've been doing this since 2010, and I have strong opinions about content strategy!
From working on live events tweeting Downing Street content from HMS Queen Elizabeth II, to promoting NHS careers to teens, I've seen first hand what a good content strategy can do for getting the right people to see you.
